Brief Description
Hampton Nursery are looking for a new Nursery Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship Level 2.

Vacancy Detail
Hampton Nursery & Preschool is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within an early years setting while working towards a Level 2 Early Years qualification.
You will support experienced practitioners in creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop valuable childcare skills, gain experience across all aspects of nursery life and build knowledge of early years education.
Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based activities and daily interactions
- Assist with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play
- Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues
- Support practitioners with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage children's independence and confidence
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety and confidentiality requirements
- Observe and support children's progress under the guidance of experienced staff
- Contribute positively to the wider nursery team and daily operation of the setting
