Brief Description
Mamma Giusi’s is a family run Italian Café and Deli located in Retford Town Centre. Join a small and friendly team who help serve the local residents of Retford a taste of Italy. This environment is a perfect way to learn the in’s and out’s of running a small hospitality business.
Training to be Provided
- The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Food and Beverage Team Member Level 2
- A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course
- This is a work-based programme with College attendance required once a month
- All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/College and within their contracted working hours
