Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9.00am- 5.30pm, with specific breaks and days and times to be confirmed upon offer of job. They may also have a late training night but this will be discussed with the employer in advance.
Brief Description
Associates Hair Salon are looking for a Level 2 apprentice to join their amazing hairdressing team, training to cut, style and care for hair. The candidate needs to be enthusiastic with good social skills, someone who is creative, and really keen to learn.
Training to be Provided
- Level 2 Hairdressing Professional qualification
- Functional skills in maths and English if required
- You’ll study hairdressing topics such as hair and skin testing, the effects of chemicals on hair and skin, and the principles of hair colour selection, alongside environmental and sustainable working practices
- There’s also the option to learn about promoting products, perming, and working with different hair types
Future Prospects
- Having completed the Level 2 qualification, there will be an opportunity to work towards an Advanced (Level 3) to further enhance your skills should be prove to be the right candidate for the role
