Brief Description
Green Guerilla, based in Darlington, are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Level 2 Horticulture / Landscaping Operative Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in horticulture and landscaping while working towards a recognised Level 2 qualification.
Training to be Provided
Training will take place 4 x days per week in the workplace with 1 x day release to Houghall Campus once every two weeks.

Potential full-time employment on sucessful completion of the apprenticeship
Vacancy Detail
- Assisting with soft landscaping duties including turfing, planting, seeding, and mulching
- Carrying out grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning
- Preparing sites and setting out for landscaping projects
- Safe use and basic maintenance of tools and machinery
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working effectively as part of a team and supporting senior operatives
- Attending college as required and completing all coursework towards the Level 2 qualification
