Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour lunch break).
Brief Description
Provide support to a designated accountant, focusing on cloud-based bookkeeping via QuickBooks and Xero.
Responsibilities include processing VAT returns, managing payroll, and facilitating HMRC correspondence.
Perform precise data entry of financial records to support the completion of tax returns.
Training to be Provided
Training will be delivered with Inspire Education Group at Peterborough College.
The requirement is for the apprentice to attend face-to-face training once a week at Peterborough College.
Future Prospects
Progression onto further training and a permanent member of staff to learn the accountancy skills & experience of working in a practice.
