Brief Description
The proactive & self-driven candidate will work across several disciplines to include Property & Asset Management, Agency, Landlord & Tenant, Investment, Valuation, and Professional Services. Varied workload, good work-life balance & ability to progress within the firm guaranteed.
Training to be Provided
- Real Estate Development and Management (Degree Apprenticeship)
- One day per week
- Five year course
- University of Salford
- This apprenticeship is subject to satisfactory completion of 6-9 months' trainee programme before course enrolment. Therefore, degree course enrolment is not guaranteed
Future Prospects
- Enrol on the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence
- Qualify as a Chartered Surveyor
