Working Week: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
Brief Description
This role is only available to those based in the Salford area so please only apply if you are local to Salford or if you are within reasonable distance and can drive. As a Fire and Security apprentice, you will carry out preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnosis and repair faults of fire detection, alarms and other systems.
Training to be Provided
You will be required to come to our Middleton campus one day a week, as well as committing to the required minimum of 6 hours of off-the-job study on your e-portfolio.
Future Prospects
The successful candidate will earn their level 3 qualification in Fire Emergency and Security Systems.
Vacancy Detail
You will contribute to the application of design, planning, installation, testing and commissioning. Your job role will also contain maintenance, fault diagnosis, service and repair. Finally, electrical and electronic techniques on fire and security systems.
Take responsibility for own work and safety and welfare of others.
