Brief Description
Are you looking to start a career in Business Administration? We have a fantastic opportunity as a Transport Planning Apprentice. This is an ideal role for someone wanting to begin their career in transport planning and administration, with an apprenticeship offering great training, development and progression opportunities.
Training to be Provided
- Your learning will take place through online lessons with Apprenticeship Connect via Teams
- Lessons will be every other week for the first 8 weeks, then reduce to one session per month
- Each session will last 1 hour
- You will have a dedicated coach to support you from start to finish and learn alongside other apprentices and employers across the country
Future Prospects
- You can progress into sales team accountancy teams as well and being a senior in transport
Vacancy Detail
- Assist in coordinating daily transportation activities in line with company processes
- Support route planning to help optimise efficiency and service levels
- Work with third-party logistics providers to support smooth operations
- Maintain accurate transport and delivery records
- Liaise with internal departments to support effective communication across operations
