Working Week: 30 hours between the hours of 7am - 5.30 Monday - Friday to be decided / agreed upon job offer.

Vacancy Detail
- Ensure that finished product stock levels within the department areas are of sufficient quantity and quality.
- Ensure that produce are of a consistently high standard.
- Ensure that they are always in clean tidy uniforms and long hair is tied up.
- Ensure that all packing equipment is being used safely and correctly and that it is cleaned and maintained.
- Ensure that a consistent packing standard of a high quality is achieved and maintained for all orders, whilst adhering to operational deadlines.
- Creative packing to optimise performance and efficiency.
- Be aware of new items, which are introduced onto the market and keep up with the latest product updates / changes.
- To initiate relevant maintenance reports and work orders supported by the respective follow up of those items actioned.
- To project a positive and motivated attitude to all customers.
- To ensure that all food products produced are of the required standard and quality and that they are stored and rotated correctly.
- Ensure that all labels are correctly attached, dated and have accurate information
- Any broken but useable stock to be put in mystery box tub, anything failing safety standards must be reported and discarded once inspected by the business owner or general manager.
- Operate all machinery safely and follow the training advice given.
- Turn off any equipment when not in use.
- Ensuring all printed material is of the correct quality.
- Reporting contaminants of finished products to general manager to be logged and assessed for recall purposes.
- Ensure all items are safely packed for transit and marked as fragile.
- Book courier collections, produce shipping labels ensuring accuracy.
- Liaise with couriers during loading.
- Pallet packing and wrapping where required
- Ensure that weekly work schedules and annual leave planners are administered and filed correctly.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses and training needs and provide timely feedback to the business owner & General Manager.
- Reporting any health and safety concerns urgently to a responsible person.
