Brief Description
ADAMO is a specialist recruitment business based in Epping, Essex. They partner with leading recruitment firms, search businesses and high-growth companies to help them hire exceptional talent across the UK and internationally. They are looking for a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join their growing team.
Training to be Provided
Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
- Recruiter NVQ Level 3
- Recruitment Resourcing Principles NVQ Level 2
- 14-month in workplace training
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Functional Skills if needed

You will complete a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship while learning from experienced recruiters and developing the skills needed to become a successful consultant.
You will be trained in:
- Identifying and attracting top talent through LinkedIn, networking and market research
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates
- Understanding different industries and recruitment markets
- Managing your own recruitment processes from start to finish
- Developing sales, communication and negotiation skills
