Brief Description
The Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship equips learners with the skills and knowledge to support the safe delivery of pharmacy services. Apprentices develop expertise in customer service, stock management, dispensing support, and medicines supply while working in a pharmacy setting and earning a recognised qualification.
Training to be Provided
This apprenticeship is delivered 100% remotely, allowing apprentices to complete their training and attend all learning sessions online while gaining practical experience in the workplace. Dedicated tutor support is provided throughout the programme via virtual meetings, online resources, and regular progress reviews.
Future Prospects
Upon successful completion of the Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, apprentices can progress into a permanent Pharmacy Services Assistant or Dispensing Assistant role. They may also choose to continue their professional development by undertaking the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship, leading to increased responsibilities and career opportunities within community, hospital, or primary care pharmacy settings.
