Brief Description
The Health and Safety Apprentice will support the Health, Safety and Compliance team with legal, regulatory and operational health and safety responsibilities. You will gain practical experience across a range of safety disciplines while working towards a recognised Health and Safety qualification.

This apprenticeship provides an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and experience within a health and safety team and gain practical experience across a broad range of safety disciplines.
Vacancy Detail
- Help coordinate safety inspections, audits and assurance activities.
- Assist with tracking and completing corrective actions arising from audits, inspections and investigations.
- Assist with maintaining colleague safety and property compliance records and documentation.
- Support compliance teams in monitoring risk assessment actions through to completion.
- Participate in and support safety initiatives, campaigns and awareness activities.
- Support the administration and investigation of accidents, incidents and near-miss reporting processes.
- Support regulatory compliance activities and data collection relating to the operation of heat networks.
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend apprenticeship training and complete all required coursework and assessments.
- Undertake other reasonable duties appropriate to the role and level of responsibility.
