Working Week: 37 hours per week to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the organisation - and this may include evenings and weekends for which no additional payment is made. Working hours to be confirmed at interview.
Brief Description
To plan, produce and coordinate service rotas using the designated software, ensuring accuracy, compliance and responsiveness to operational needs and to provide effective administration support, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of Support Services.
Training to be Provided
- Full Business Administration Standard - Level 3
- On the job training time/support in the workplace as necessary
- Remote training every month backed up by regular site visits
- College attendance/support available monthly if required
Future Prospects
There may be progression opportunities available upon successful completion of the level 3 qualification.

- Plan, coordinate and maintain rotas and operation administration, ensuring organisational systems, IT, processes and implementations are accurate, efficient and responsive to service needs
- Facilitate clear, timely and effective written and verbal communication with staff, clients, and other stakeholders to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate rotas and staffing arrangements that promote safe, consistent, and person-focused support
- Support the optimal use of staffing and operational resources, contributing to value for money through accurate financial administration
- Provide flexible operation and administrative cover across Support Services to maintain continuity during periods of absence, increased demand or service changes
- Demonstrate accountability, proactivity, and a solution-focused approach, contributing positively to the culture and values of Colebrook
- Manage workload effectively, maintaining reliability, flexibility, and resilience, to meet the changing needs of the organisation
Other Information
- Relevant administration and business experience would be desirable
- Some experience of the Health and Social Care sector would also be useful
