Brief Description
Wittering West in Kettering are looking for a hardworking and motivated Bathroom and Kitchen Fitter Apprentice to join their installation team. You will learn many skills in this role working with professionals, fitting bathrooms, kitchens, and working in home renovation.
Training to be Provided
You will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
Future Prospects
This apprenticeship can lead to a permanent position as a bathroom and kitchen installer with further opportunities to specialise in plumbing, carpentry, flooring or multi-trade construction work.

They are now looking for a hardworking and motivated Bathroom and Kitchen Fitter Apprentice to join their installation team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a variety of trade skills while working alongside experienced fitters on bathroom, kitchen and home renovation projects.
So, what will you be doing in this role?
- You will assist with safe removal of bathroom and kitchens
- Remove units, sanitary ware, tiles, worktops, flooring and associated fixtures
- Load and unload materials, tools and waste
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Learn basic plumbing installation techniques and assist with fitting baths, shower, toilet basins, taps and pipework
- Learn basic carpentry skills and learn floor levelling techniques
- Carry out general labouring work
The successful apprentice will attend the Wellingborough Campus once a week.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to have a full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one).
