Working Week: Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis. Shifts between 07:00 - 14:00 or 16:00 - 22:00.

Vacancy Detail
As a Home Care Worker Apprentice, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice, privacy and respect for all service users.
- Support with personal care and daily living activities.
- Carry out light domestic duties including laundry, ironing and shopping.
- Assist with collecting prescriptions and supporting medication administration where trained and authorised.
- Accurately record care visits, daily notes and medication records using the rostering platform app.
- Monitor and report changes in service users' health, wellbeing or circumstances.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and company policies at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision sessions and mandatory training.
- Work towards achieving your apprenticeship qualification while developing your care skills.
