Brief Description
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised Internal Sales Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is focused on building relationships with existing trade customers, supporting their day-to-day needs and helping grow sales through regular contact, product knowledge and excellent customer service.
Training to be Provided
An apprenticeship includes regular training. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.

Vacancy Detail
- Proactively contacting a set list of trade customers each day (relationship building & account development)
- Developing strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Introducing new products, promotions and solutions (security and hardware related)
- Identifying opportunities and working with the external sales team to provide introductions / follow-up support
- Processing orders, preparing quotes and following up enquiries
- Keeping accurate notes and customer activity records on the system
- Supporting the internal sales team with general sales administration
