Brief Description
Start your travel career in Harpenden. Learn to advise customers, plan and book holidays, and gain a Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship while you earn. No experience needed, just great people skills and a passion for travel.

Future Prospects
- On completing your apprenticeship you could progress to a full Travel Consultant role, with the chance to build your own customer base and specialise in areas such as long-haul, cruise, luxury or tailor-made holidays.
- Over time you could move into senior consultant or team leader roles.
Vacancy Detail
- Welcome customers in branch and answer phone and email enquiries
- Find out what customers want and recommend suitable holidays
- Research destinations, hotels, flights and prices
- Prepare quotes and make bookings using our booking systems
- Send customers their travel documents and answer questions before they travel
- Keep accurate customer records and follow up with customers after their trip
- Help with amendments, changes and customer queries
- Learn about destinations through training and supplier information
- Work towards your apprenticeship qualification alongside your day-to-day role
