Working Week: As the fast-paced world of retail isn’t 9.00am-5.00pm, this role involves early starts, late finishes, night shifts and working weekends and Bank Holidays. It’s hard work for sure. But it’s also very rewarding.
Brief Description
We love providing over 9 million customers every week with good quality fresh food and a great shopping experience they won't find anywhere else. On our 3-year Retail Degree Apprenticeship, you'll work towards a degree while preparing for a brilliant management career within our unique food retail business.
Training to be Provided
As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll also be studying towards a Bsc (Hons) in Chartered Management at the University of Bradford. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging, so to support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress-free.
Future Prospects
At the end of the 3-year scheme, you will be ready for a manager role in one of our sites and have gained a full chartered membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).
