Brief Description
- Providing lenders updates on online portals for all clients providing the current progress status of matters for registration.
Future Prospects
- The apprenticeship is given with the intent that a full time position will become available at the end of the qualification.
- Promotion to Case Handler and having own clients and caseload to deal with is the ultimate goal we are aiming to achieve.
Vacancy Detail
- Updating Lender Portals with Current Position of Applications
- Ensure protection of the lenders charge at Land Registry.
- Chasing outstanding documents with third parties
- Ensuring documents are available for registration.
- Assisting with Land Registry Queries
- Assisting case manager with day to day admin tasks
