Brief Description
Pearce Healthcare & Mobility is looking to welcome an apprentice Customer Care Advisor to our mobility showroom in Yate.
This is an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience, develop confidence and learn alongside a friendly, experienced team while working towards a recognised qualification.
Training to be Provided
You will attend the Filton Campus of SGS College to complete your training on a block-release basis.

Vacancy Detail
With training and support, the successful candidate will learn to:
- Welcome customers and visitors to the showroom.
- Develop product knowledge and sales experience
- Confidently advise and sell health and mobility products
- Answer telephone calls confidently, take messages and handle enquiries.
- Book appointments and maintain calendars.
- Manage business emails and company inbox’s and be able to reply to customers and health professionals in a timely manner
- Refer customers to the appropriate colleagues.
- Keep the reception and showroom areas tidy and welcoming.
- Support administration, data entry and customer paperwork.
- Learn order processes including purchase and supplier orders
- Communicate sensitively with customers who have different mobility and support needs.
- Communicate and build professional relationships with suppliers.
- Learn how to use different IT platforms.
