Working Week Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Brief Description
Join a busy fashion brand finance team while studying for a fully funded AAT Level 2 qualification during work hours. Gain hands-on experience in invoicing, reconciliations, credit control and finance administration, with clear progression opportunities.
Training to be Provided
Training is fully online: weekly live sessions with an AAT tutor.
Future Prospects
On successful completion, there is an opportunity to progress to the AAT Level 3 apprenticeship and develop a long-term career in accounting and finance.
Vacancy Detail
- Processing supplier invoices and matching them to purchase orders
- Raising sales invoices and posting customer receipts
- Bank reconciliations and keeping the ledgers up to date
- Chasing overdue payments and helping with credit control
- Working with sterling and US dollar transactions
- Data entry and reporting in our ERP system and accounting software
- Supporting month-end tasks and general finance admin
