Brief Description
Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer supporting a candidate-led recruitment desk. Responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, and CV formatting, while assisting consultants with day-to-day administration and gaining hands-on experience in how a recruitment business operates from the ground up.
Training to be Provided
- Full training will be given leading to a recognised Apprenticeship Standard- Recruiter Level 3
- On-the-job training will be delivered by the employer with the training provider support
- Off-the-job training will be delivered by the training provider in partnership with the employer
- You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you already do not hold the equivalent)
- The apprenticeship is delivered entirely on the job, meaning there is no college release time required. All training and development will take place within the workplace during your working hours
Future Prospects
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the opportunity for a full-time permanent role for the right candidate, based on performance, commitment, and overall suitability within the business.

- Resourcing, engaging, and screening candidates
- Formatting CVs and supporting compliance checks
- Supporting email campaigns (e-shotting) and managing bounce-back responses
- Assisting with day-to-day business administration
- Gaining exposure to marketing strategies and candidate attraction methods
- Supporting consultants throughout the recruitment process
- Developing a strong understanding of how a successful recruitment business operates from the ground up
