Working Week Monday to Friday (office-based in Hinckley). Working hours will be typically within standard daytime office hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to support meetings or project deadlines, with time off in lieu or adjustments agreed in advance.
Brief Description
Business & Operations Apprentice (Business Admin Level 3) at Cande Group, a growing creative production company in Hinckley. Support day-to-day operations, project admin, systems (Monday.com) and finance/people admin while gaining a recognised qualification. Great role for an organised, proactive starter.
Training to be Provided
Training will be delivered by Creative Alliance as part of the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship. The programme is structured around a blended model, combining learning sessions (online and occasional classroom-based delivery where required) with on-the-job development in the workplace.
The apprentice will have a dedicated Development Coach who will provide regular 1:1 support and progress reviews, helping them build their portfolio through real workplace tasks and projects. Off-the-job training time will be planned into normal working hours, with clear milestones to keep learning and evidence on track through to End-Point Assessment.
Future Prospects
On successful completion of the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship, the apprentice could progress into a permanent role at Cande Group. Likely next steps include becoming a Business Administrator or Operations Coordinator, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility across systems (e.g., Monday.com), finance/admin support, and project coordination.
With experience, they could develop into roles such as Office/Studio Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Coordinator/Production Coordinator, supporting larger productions and helping shape how the business runs as it continues to grow.
