Brief Description
Banana Moon Gloucester is a thriving nursery looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a happy nursery where we focus on encouraging children to be children, learning through fun and engaging play.
We are only looking for candidates who are already level 2 qualified.
Training to be Provided
Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
- The Early Years Educator qualification will take place in the workplace delivered by a hybrid model, this will include face to face visits, webinars and meeting with the skills coach every four weeks
Future Prospects
- The successful candidate will already level 2 qualified, they will complete the EYEL3 course with Eden and also have the option to complete other courses whilst in the role.
Vacancy Detail
- Nursery Apprentices are contracted to the nursery company and are actively engaged in a workplace training scheme operated by an external company who visit the apprentice at regular intervals during their training
- Nursery Apprentices will support the nursery team in operation of the nursery facilities, to ensure high quality education and care is delivered
- To adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements and following the Early Learning and Development Programme.
- To assist the staff team to create a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which families are happy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment
