Working Week Shifts will occur throughout the week on a rota basis. Monday - Sunday shift hours will be between the hours 03:00am - 12:00pm.
Brief Description
We are an artisan bakery whose bakery team produce freshly made breads, pastries and cakes with high quality ingredients, in-house, daily. We take pride in supporting apprentices who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills within the sectors that we are able to support e.g. bread, lamination, pastry.
Training to be Provided
Delivery will take place in person at Plumpton College once every two weeks.
Future Prospects
Possibility of a permanent job within the business, post completing the course.
Vacancy Detail
Day to day tasks will vary but will include:
- Learning how to prepare/measure ingredients
- Dough processing
- Shaping
- Oven operation and monitoring
- Decorating and finishing
- Quality control
- Inventory checking and ordering
Other Information
Please be prepared to work night shifts with the potential to move to early morning shifts.
