Providing support for predominantly Windows-based desktop PCs and laptops, along with peripherals such as tablets, smartphones, and printers. The support team also oversees the proactive management and monitoring of client devices, networks and infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, corporate Wi-Fi solutions and cabling.
