Brief Description
Are you passionate about working with children and eager to build a career in Early Years education? Dreamland Nurseries are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Apprentice to join our team! As an apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience caring for children, creating engaging learning environments, supporting play and development. Salary from £7.55 - £10.00 Depending on age and experience.
Qualifications Required
It doesn't matter if you have experience in an Early Years setting, just a willingness to learn.
Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English is preferred, but not essential.

Previous experience in childcare would be a great advantage

As an early years apprentice, you will be ensuring safety and well-being of all children, and building strong relationships with families and colleagues, all while working towards your fully funded Level 3 qualification in a supportive and welcoming setting.
A normal day would include:
• Caring for children
• Preparing and maintaining environments to meet children's needs
• Planning and supporting children's play, learning and development
• Adhering to all safeguarding, health and safety practices
• Preparing snacks and helping with feeding and cleaning
• Working as part of a team
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with parents, carers, families and staff members
• Developing the Key Person role in supporting a group of children.
• Promoting equal opportunities for all and ensuring all children, families and staff are respected and valued
