Vacancy Detail

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all administrative processes meet Ofsted and CQC requirements.
Ensure database systems are maintained and kept up to date correctly to enable use by all staff.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times.
Answer telephone calls, manage email inboxes, and handle routine inquiries.
Maintain, recruit, and manage strong professional relationships with Temp Workers.

Recruitment process:
Manage personal files.
Check and verify all identification and RTW documents.
Request and chase professional references via our reference portal.
Process and monitor DBS applications.
Issue and monitor e-learning training.
Ensure candidates are fully compliant on database.

Compliance and administrative duties:
Managing personal files for active agency workers.
Support the Compliance manager with any compliance duties.
Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner.
Writing emails and generic communications.
