Reporting into the Marketing Manager, while supporting the Ops Manager. Helping to establish Formula as “the most trusted recruitment company in the UK” The apprentice will manage the social media and email marketing. We also love to plan events, company socials and experiment with new marketing initiatives that we welcome support and assistance.
