Brief Description
Reach is a leading provider in the recruitment technology industry, combining innovative ATS software with expert candidate attraction support. As a Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice, you’ll support clients and candidates by handling enquiries, posting adverts, monitoring applications, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications Required
GCSE including Maths and English 4 / C or above

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support & Communication
Act as a first point of contact for clients and applicants via phone, email, and online platforms.
Handle enquiries professionally, providing clear and accurate information.
Prepare and send performance updates to clients, highlighting results and improvements.
Escalate issues or queries to the appropriate team where needed.
Job Advertising & Application Monitoring
Format and publish job adverts using the Reach ATS and external job boards.
Review and refine advert text to meet client requirements and branding standards.
Monitor applications, follow up on incomplete submissions, and record responses.
Candidate Engagement
Search candidate databases to identify suitable applicants for roles.
Contact candidates to promote opportunities and encourage applications.
Keep accurate records of search outcomes and candidate interactions.
Process & System Support
Record all activity accurately in internal systems, following company processes.
Support wider team tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating records.
Assist with basic marketing, helpdesk, or social media activities as required.
Other Information
This is an apprenticeship role, so you’ll need to balance work responsibilities with study and training. Some tasks may be repetitive but are essential for building strong admin skills. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, so attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to completing the programme are key.
