Working Week: 4 Days in salon with 1 model night and 1 training day either in salon or at Wella. Shifts to be confirmed.
Brief Description
Our education programme will give you the skills required to become a successful hairdresser. For us, education is about reaching your personal best and, with low student-to-teacher ratios, you will reap instant rewards from your new skills. You will learn to provide hairstyling services, including cutting, blow-drying and colouring.
Training to be Provided
- Working to qualify for your Hair Professional level 2 diploma
- Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- Most of the training will be in one of our 16 salons with 1 day per week at our HOB Academy in Camden
Future Prospects
- Progress onto the HOB Graduate programme as a Stylist/Colour Technician
- Work towards becoming a successful stylist/colour technician, assistant manager or salon manager
- Franchise salon owner
- Educator or part of HOB creative team

Other Information
Hairdressing is hard work and long hours.The role involves weekend working, at least one late night and one model night. HOB Salons expect high standards. You may need to further develop your maths and English skills depending on your GCSE or equivalent results.
