Working Week: Monday to Friday, typically 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm, with an hour lunch break
Brief Description
At BHP, you’ll do more than balance books. After an immersive group induction with your fellow trainee group, you’ll quickly start to contribute to meaningful client work, not just shadowing. You’ll apply growing technical knowledge on real assignments, with support from your training manager, peer buddy, and our external training provider.
Training to be Provided
- ATT or AAT Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Day release
- Leeds or Sheffield study centre (office dependent)
Future Prospects
- Move on to Level 7 Chartered Qualification (ACCA or CTA) to become a Chartered Accountant

Vacancy Detail
- Work as part of a team to deliver accountancy, audit and/or tax services to the BHP clients, including; preparing accounts, completing tax returns, reviewing financial statements, attending client meetings and corresponding with clients and professional contacts
