Future Prospects
Apprentices once qualified can continue to develop their CPD by gaining further experience and potentially become SENCo etc. There are many other courses that can be offered once qualified to support progression.
Vacancy Detail
- To help create a happy and stimulating atmosphere where children can develop to their full emotional, physical, social and intellectual potential in a bright attractive safe and healthy environment. This work is undertaken as part of a nursery staff team working together for the benefit of all the children in their care.
- Work as part of a well developed team who all have many years experience of working in early years.
- Support the staff during the day to day runnings of the nursery.
- Model play and good vocabulary to the children during play.
- To be involved in the observations, monitoring, assessments, plans, policies and curriculum with regards to the children’s welfare and education.
- To set high standards and expectations for the children by personal example in terms of punctuality, appearance and manner of address.
