Progressive Technology Ltd is a rapidly expanding Engineering Business based in Newbury Berkshire. The buisness has grown to be a leading supplier of CNC machined, 3D printed and composite components. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Technician to join our dynamic IT team.

- Serving as the first point of contact for IT Support within the organisation
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of the computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Supporting employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Maintaining asset inventory
