Brief Description
Carrying out a range of moving, packaging and stock-taking roles and duties in a warehouse environment.
You will earn while you learn with this apprenticeship through a blended delivery style with no release to college.
You will have a dedicated skills coach that will support you throughout your apprenticeship programme.
Training to be Provided
The Level 2 Supply Chain apprenticeship develops skilled entry-level professionals who support the efficient movement, storage and control of goods across supply chain and logistics environments such as warehouses, distribution centres and manufacturing operations.
Apprentices complete a blend of e-learning, one-to-one coaching, employer-led training, practical projects and masterclasses, alongside functional skills in English and maths (if required). Throughout the programme, learners build a portfolio of evidence and demonstrate their knowledge and competence through assessment.
The programme also provides a clear progression route into more advanced roles within logistics and operations, including progression to a Level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner or supervisory pathways.
Future Prospects
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, the company will look to take you on as a full-time qualified employee.
The company has a strong track record of progression of apprentices into senior roles. For example, 2 of their apprentices have now moved into Departmental head roles and Operation Director roles.
