We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter Apprentice to join our team and help deliver a professional, candidate-focused recruitment service while gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle.

This apprenticeship aligns with the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard, giving you the opportunity to build practical skills in sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates, all while supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team.


As a Recruiter Apprentice, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and applicant records within our ATS

  • Managing the shared recruitment inbox and responding to queries professionally

  • Conducting initial CV reviews and shortlisting candidates

  • Supporting candidate screening and collecting essential information for progression

  • Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams

  • Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process

  • Contributing to recruitment projects, process improvements, and hiring campaigns

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • A genuine interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise

  • Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email management, etc.)
