Brief Description
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Apprentice. You’ll help deliver engaging sports content, manage social channels, and support digital campaigns that showcase our brand and events.
Training to be Provided
Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
Future Prospects
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
- Assist the marketing team with sports-focused digital marketing strategies
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging sports content for social platforms and websites
- Edit videos and produce short-form content for trending sports topics
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts around events and matches
- Track and report on social media analytics
- Provide admin support including data collection and reporting
- Assist with event promotion and athlete collaborations
