Brief Description
PHC Parts is looking for an Apprentice Technical Sales Advisor to begin their journey within our ever-growing heating and plumbing merchant business. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to multitask and work effectively, as well as being able to liaise with new and existing customers independently.
Training to be Provided
- City & Guilds Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner (or equivalent)
- Full on-the-job training and support
- Consistent and regular onsite support from our PHC Training manager
- ERR workbook
- Functional Skills in maths, English, and ICT- depending on your prior GCSE results
Future Prospects
- After initial apprenticeship, become a valued member of our Trade Sales, either via the phone or counter
- Chance to progress to various other positions
