Qualifications Required
Apprenticeship entry level basic Maths and English is required, GCSE/Functional skills are not required, as they can be achieved alongside the Hospitality Qualification

Training to be Provided
You will be providing vital support to the management teams within your organisation and will develop your skills to be able to lead a team as well as supervise and run shifts. You will learn skills and techniques to motivate your team and maintain excellent customer service skills and professionalism even under pressure You may specialise in a particular area but ultimately will be able to adapt and transfer your skills to support other areas of the business as required As a result you will receive the following qualification: Functional Skills in English & maths Level 2

Maximising income and reducing waste are essential to the role, and this requires a sound understanding of business and people management principles. Hospitality Supervisors will champion the way for personal development, training and continuous improvement, encouraging their team to develop their own skills and abilities to enhance business performance and productivity.
The Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Standard is a 12-month, blended learning, apprenticeship programme, where you will gain hands-on experience within the industry as well as develop the underpinning knowledge to succeed.
This hands-on, multi-skilled role is ideal for anyone who enjoys variety, teamwork and delivering great customer service. You’ll gain practical experience across dining and bar service, housekeeping, reception and more. You’ll interact daily with guests, colleagues, managers, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, serve and look after our guests
- Serve food and drink in line with company standards
- Lead the team to create a friendly atmosphere for our guests, delivering excellent customer service.
- Know the menus, making recommendations to our guests
- Required to work as a shift leader or supervisor in a team delivering food and beverages whilst allocating, contributing and monitoring the performance of your team.
- Independently supervise the shift and understand the financial operations of the business and your area, as well as monitor stock in line with the customers' needs.
Other Information
Training Provided:
- A mixture of face-to-face and Teams sessions twice monthly
- A mixture of on and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
- Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Remit Development Coach
- Feedback sessions to discuss progress
- Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don’t already have GCSE or equivalents)
- 30 hours of paid work every week.
