Brief Description

Join our Group Information Services (GIS) Partner Management team, made up of three key areas — Sourcing, Procurement and Partner Management. You’ll play a fundamental role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with our strategic partners, including Apple, Microsoft, BT, SAP and more than 200 additional suppliers.

Training to be Provided

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Vacancy Detail

Alongside gaining a Business Administration Level 3 qualification (with 80% of your time spent in work and 20% studying), you will support in:



  • Maintaining accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts and agreements, and updating the Partner Management Teams site.

  • Conducting market research to help identify, shortlist and onboard vendors.

  • Creating reports on supplier performance and cost savings using business tools and data.

  • Organising and prioritising work schedules, including coordinating sourcing meetings.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve sourcing processes and reduce costs through data analysis.

  • Working collaboratively in small teams to deliver tasks within budget and company guidelines.

Due to the funding requirements of the apprenticeship, applicants must not already hold a business administration level 3 standard, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent qualification to be eligible for this programme.
