Brief Description
Ascentant Accountancy are recruiting an apprentice accountant to assist in managing their client’s day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important for this position, as well as good client relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
Training to be Provided
The Level 3 Assistant Accountant apprenticeship standard includes 6 AAT exams, in addition to the Synoptic Assessment as part of the End-Point Assessment (EPA) process.
The knowledge units will be delivered at the EMA training hub in Derby, or online (depending on apprentices’ location) through day release.

- Management Accounting Techniques
- Financial Accounting: Preparing Financial Statements
