Working Week: Tuesday, 5.30pm - 8.30pm, Wednesday, 11.00am - 3.00pm and 5.30pm - 8.30pm, Friday, 5.30pm - 9.00pm, Saturday, 11.00am - 9.00pm, Sunday, 11.00am - 9.00pm.
Brief Description
During the apprenticeship, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, will learn food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety while working alongside our experienced chefs
Training to be Provided
- Training will take place one day per week at University of Derby Buxton Devonshire Dome (Tuesday)
- Additional training and support will happen within the workplace

Vacancy Detail
- Basic everyday preparation tasks like mash potato, chips, soup, cutting leaf, prepping starters, desserts etc.
- Maintaining a section, date labels & stock rotation, cleaning, stock management
- Supporting the head chef during the service with tasks as required
- Getting involved in menu planning, costing, seasonality etc
