Brief Description
Bomic is a family run precision engineering company based in Somerset. Operating from our 280-square-meter workshop and offices, we bring over four decades of expertise to every project we undertake. We are looking to take on a Machining Technician.
Training to be Provided
The apprenticeship training is delivered through a combination of workplace learning and regular college attendance.
This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the Machining Technician Level 3 standard.
On completion, the apprentice will receive a Machining Technician Level 3 qualification.
Functional Skills in Maths and English may also be required depending on your current level.
Future Prospects
To become an established machinist and member of the team. Further carrying on development, progressing into more complex machining and programming.

You MUST be prepared to commit to your work and training for the duration of the apprenticeship.
