Brief Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Administration apprentice for a family-run UK manufacturer. You’ll support customers, handle invoices, learn about our products, assist with warehouse stock, and develop IT, communication, and organisational skills while gaining practical, hands-on experience.

Vacancy Detail

Duties will include:



  • Speak with customers and provide excellent support, ensuring enquiries are handled politely and efficiently

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct queries to the appropriate department when required

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are recorded correctly

  • Handle and process invoices, checking information carefully to maintain accurate financial records

  • Learn about the company’s products and services in order to confidently assist customers and colleagues

  • Assist with stock control by checking stock levels, recording inventory, and reporting any shortages or discrepancies

  • Support warehouse operations by helping with the organisation, storage, and movement of goods

  • Assist with receiving and checking deliveries to ensure items match orders and are stored correctly

  • Help prepare and pack customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality

  • Use IT systems to update records, manage customer and order data, and maintain organised documentation

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records

  • Develop strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills while working across office and warehouse environments
