Brief Description
A TA Level 3 Apprentice at TACM supports vulnerable students in a personalised, nurturing setting. You’ll build relationships, support behaviour and learning, deliver interventions, and aid reintegration into mainstream school while working with multi-agency teams and developing professional skills.
Future Prospects
Potential full-time position available after completion of the apprenticeship – subject to availability at completion.
Vacancy Detail
- Support pupils’ learning across the curriculum, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis
- Assist the class teacher with planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities
- Support pupils with additional needs to help them access the curriculum
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Complete apprenticeship training and apply learning effectively within the school setting
