Brief Description
Flair Windows, have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join their accounts team, gaining a Level 2 apprenticeship in accounts. The successful candidate will be mentored by an experienced team who will support individuals to become fully skilled and qualified in this sector.

Job Summary:
Receiving, processing and filing paperwork, e.g. invoices, expenses, requests for payment. Checking calculations to make sure they are correct. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Duties Include:
- Monitor daily communications and answer any queries
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Invoice processing and filing
- Bank reconciliations
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining documentation
