Working Week: Monday to Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm moving onto a rotating shift pattern.
Brief Description
Work closely with cross‑functional manufacturing teams to optimise plant performance and meet production targets. Operate at pace, with precision and to technical standards, contributing across manufacturing including health & safety, quality, customer focus and production efficiency.
Training to be Provided
- 1 day per week to take place at Northampton College
