Brief Description
Wetheringsett Manor School are looking for a new teaching assistant Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Teaching assistant (level 3) Apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided
- Shaping Lives develops, nurtures, and grows skilled educators, equipping them with the essential skills, confidence, and resilience to fulfil their own potential
- Upon completion of this 18 month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Teaching Assistant apprenticeship Level 3 Apprenticeship
Future Prospects
- Fixed term with possibility for permanent placement after successful completion of the apprenticeship
Vacancy Detail
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain a deep understanding of teaching support through:
- Assisting with the delivery and implementation of learning activities
- Evaluating lesson plans and suggesting improvements
- Leading small group and one-on-one activities independently
- Collaborating with teachers to deliver learning objectives
- Adapting to meet individual learner needs in a dynamic classroom environment
