Brief Description
This role is to provide support and assistance in delivering the company’s everyday duties. CB3 is an independent QS practice with ambitions for growth which can only be achieved through the development and support of our apprentices.
Training to be Provided
- BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying
- Day release delivery model at ARU's Chelmsford campus
Future Prospects
- There is no limit to what can be achieved at CB3 with the potential for becoming a shareholder in the future
Vacancy Detail
- Support Cost Management commissions, taking responsibility for successful delivery of work delegated to you
- Support delivery of commissions to ensure they are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client’s satisfaction
- Develop strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team
- Ensure you have appropriate training to complete your role and identify any training needs
- Deliver cost management outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards
- Act as an ambassador for CB3 Consulting in everyday life as well as during working hours
- Attend networking and industry social events outside of normal working hours to promote the company and its staff
