Brief Description
Bernicia is offering a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn. We are offering an opportunity to become Multi Skilled Operative based in Durham. You will learn skills such as capentary, brickwork, plastering, decoration, tiling and drainage.
Training to be Provided
NVQ Level 2 Property Maintenance.
Comprehensive induction programme, customer excellence, health and safety, equality and diversity, fire safety and introduction to housing.

Vacancy Detail
Working under the direction, guidance and supervision of a fully qualified multi skilled operative to achieve the skills and qualifications needed.
Learn skills such as capentary, brickwork, plastering, decoration, tiling and drainage.
Deliver property maintenance services in line with all group standards, key performance indicators and targets ensuring high standards are consistently met together with observing all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
